Our GamePlan System has a Destination Goal typically 3 years in the future.  It then uses a cycle of  Quarterly (90 days) Gameplans to focus on the current priority issues to get the business to its desired Destination as quickly and as smoothly as possible.

Within each Quarter, work is done in a series of 2-4 week Sprints.  These follow the sound management principle of Plan, Do, Check, Adapt (PDCA cycle) to ensure progress is as effective as possible. This GamePlan System has a proven track record.

 

This is a Yellow Belt course (just like the first belt in a martial arts course) meaning it is designed for entry level business owners with little formal management training.  

 

NOTE: you will not be able to progress to a later lesson without completing the one before it.  This helps to ensure you get a comprehensive introduction.
