Graduation from White to Yellow Belt Management Skills

Just like the martial arts, everyone starts the 12Faces Academy as a White Belt.  You might move up through the Belts quickly if you are an experienced manager.  But chances are there are gaps in your knowledge we might be able to fill so you become even better at guiding your business’s success.

This Bronze Medallion Course introduces you to the GamePlan System of 90 day planning cycles aimed at moving you forward as quickly as possible.

In the middle of the Course there are several “Electives”.  This term means it is up to you to decide to do them or not.  But we strongly encourage you to at least scan the Lessons because we consider them important in building your skills for future Belts.  Some Electives are separate Courses in their own right.  You will also need to enrol in these to do them if you wish.
