💡 AI Prompting Tips for Business Owners
1: Set the Context First
To get the most accurate advice, start every new chat session by giving Lucy your business background (industry, staff size, and primary goal).
- Example: “We are a plumbing business with 5 staff, looking to stabilize operations.”
Example: “I am a solo therapeutic masseuse. How can I get more clients to revisit? Express this as a 90-day GamePlan in dot points so I can copy it to a document.”
2: Saving and Exporting Your Chats
- PDF/Printing: Use the Print to PDF option at the foot of the chat to save the full conversation, or simply highlight, copy, and paste the text into your own document.
Images: Use the Download button at the bottom of the chat for image exports.
3: Exporting to Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
If you need data structured for a spreadsheet, ask Lucy directly:
“Provide this data as a Comma Separated Values (CSV) block. Do not use a table; just provide the raw text with commas between columns.”
Once copied, paste the data into cell A1 of your spreadsheet and format it using these steps:
Platform | Step 1 | Step 2 | Step 3 |
Google Sheets | Highlight the data column | Go to Data > Split text to columns | Select Comma as the separator |
MS Excel | Paste using Ctrl + V | Go to Data > Text to Columns | Select Delimited > Comma and click Finish |
