You will be familiar with the martial arts concept of “belts” to show what level of proficiency a person has reached.

We use the same idea with and owner’s management proficiency.

All managers started with a “white belt”.  Over time, they built up proficiency in various management skills and would likely be ranked at a higher belt now.

12Faces ranks a lot of its information by ‘belt’ colour so you have an idea of its degree of difficulty.  Most of our material is White and Yellow belt as that is where we feel we can be of the most help. By the time you are Blue belt and better, you are probably seeking specific advice far to specific and detailed for us to be able to cover all your requirements.
